Booking Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Payment is collected at time of booking. Cancellations and rescheduling must occur at least 1 day prior to the appointment. Cancelled appointments will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 1 day prior to the appointment. Cancellations within 1 day of the appointment or no-shows will not receive a refund and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Special Policies for Emergency Troubleshooting Appointments

Emergency troubleshooting appointments are NON-CANCELABLE, NON-RESCHEDULABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE. These appointments can be scheduled with very little notice and are not schedulable beyond 1 day in the future, so they are never eligible for a redund, reschedule, or cancellation.

Refund Policy for Digital Purchases

No refunds will be provided for purchase of any digital online learning products or subscriptions. Subscriptions can be canceled on the site at any time.

Dispute Policy

If you believe you have been billed in error please contact support within 30 days of the transaction for investigation. We will provide refunds or other appropriate remedies as indicated by the result of our investigation for any charges in error.
